The kindest man I know

Dear Tim, Nan, Kristiana, Tina, Peyton and Shana:

My condolences to you all.  I know it is not easy for you to let go of your Dad during this holiday season.  But God is kind and merciful.  Your Dad's suffering on this earth is now over.  He is finally united with your Mom in heaven celebrating the birthday of our Savior.  May God comfort you and be with you during this time.  I will keep all of you in my prayers.

Your Dad was the kindest man I know.  He was always so thoughtful.  I remember when I first met him at the University of Illinois.  He told me how he and your Mom met.  He thought that Anna was the most beautiful girl on campus.  It was love at first sight.  He felt so blessed to be married with her.  They are now enjoying heaven together.  I am so glad that I went for his baptism and took many pictures.   I remember how joyful and peaceful he felt that day.

May God console you and give you strength during this time of sorrow.  Love, Auntie Lily
